9 shades of gray, 5 shades of black, 9 shades of sanguine, 8 shades of yellow,
17 shades of beige-ochre-brown, 10 shades of olive green, 15 shades of blue,
20 shades of violet, 5 shades of white.

References to greek mythology,
longing for unifying tenderness and love in vital nature,
in an eternal summer.

STYLE
MAGIC REALISM, SURREALISM
The composiyion creates new relations, new cohesions between
incompatible materials:
there is a contrast between the paradox of human figure
and the tranparency of allusive nythological elements.
A transcedental quality of lights give an ambiguous motion of the air.



VISUAL KEY
The basic sensation is motion. The tremors of the air, the flying NIKE is designed
with simultaneous linear trails through space, creating connections between
different destroyed worlds: a demolished Greek temple, horizontal windows,
lions from Delos (symbol of fecundity), a human figure in the forground.
The rays of light have a visual center, a starting point, the "Credo".
The anxiety of the "starving", (surrealist wall-human combination) is an
emotional contrast with the radiance of the background.
