The Synth Pages
Welcome to the synth pages. The primary purpose of these pages is to provide data on synthesizers that are no longer manufactured. The Internet has become an important resource for this type of information as some manufacturer's no longer support units that they they don't currently produce or the manufacturer is no longer in business. The gear listed on this page is equipment that I use (or have used) to compose, perform and record with. It seems to me that every instrument has some positive and some negative qualities (some clearly have more positives than others). Wouldn't it be great if one manufacturer could just put all the correct features in one reasonable priced unit. Obviously this is not going to happen, especially when users can't even agree on what features are the most important. Almost all the gear I use isn't being manufactured anymore, so - so much for progress. Please e-mail me any comments, thoughts, corrections or if additional information is needed.
